IMI Winery in Cologne

Large selection of wines. However, I only come from Austria for the great mountain cheese and the small venison salamis.

Super casual! Ideal for a short break with 1-2 glasses of delicious wine and various hard cheeses with fig mustard. It's cozy and relaxed here. In my opinion, you can't beat the price-performance ratio.

Great wines / cheese and great people

Off to wine tasting! Experience, passion and expertise combined in Palatinate warmth - based on American roots, which can be found in jargon, language and ease. The wines are special - probably also due to the overall concept of organic cultivation, in-house production and street art elements on the labels. Anyone who can then be explained where the name IMI comes from falls under the charm of Cologne's Urban Winery. Dear team, you are on a brilliant path. Keep going!

Good wines from the Palatinate and cheese from Tyrol. Very nice people. You can eat a cheese plate or chimney. We would love to come back.

Wine & cheese very tasty. Atmospheric too. However, the wine tasting was rather average: only 5 wines were served and only two sips each were poured into the glass. Side dishes Cheese and sausage were very tasty, but were only served sparingly. My recommendation to IMI: More information on the respective wines, grapes and cultivation. In addition to the wines, serve the appropriate accompaniment. For example, chocolate or hummus. MfG Marvin

This chic little shop is an excellent choice for locally produced wines, and other delicacies... The proprietors are delightful - super friendly. They were knowledgeable about every product and happy to take the time to answer all our questions... A great place! Not to miss!

Great nice atmosphere, nice people and delicious wine. Especially during the Körnerstraßenfestes is worth a visit to the street stand.

Lovely shop very knowledgeable friendly owner

Accidentally walking by a small store like that is why small businesses still have a place. Friendly shop owner. A wine shop that sells cured meat, cheeses. And lovely assemblages of home-made modern industrial lights, made by the owner’s friend. Just makes you smile on a weekend. Come!

Delicious wines are worth it

Sauvingnon blanc outstanding. Riesling, unfortunately only bought grapes, also really great. The red ones are tasty, but the price-performance ratio is not nearly okay ... but you don't have to buy it;)

A great shop !! We were here for a wine tasting and it was a fantastic evening with delicious wines, cheeses and exciting stories about the production of wine. Cologne's street art can be found on the labels of the wines (some motifs can also be bought in the shop, as well as locally produced jams, aprons etc.). There is a lot of passion in everything and you can feel (and taste) it immediately! I'm looking forward to next time !!

A wonderful family owned "concept" wine producer featuring local Cologne Street art on the wine labels. The philosophy is that just as grapes & wines reflect the ground in which they were grown, the soul of a city can be reflected in the street art. From the Pfalz region, the wines are expertly crafted using innovative techniques not often found in Germany. The winemaker/owner studied oenology in the prestigious UC Davis and is a consultant /flying winemaker for many vineyards in the US. The shop also sells locally produced chutneys and jams.
